A Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) provides information about the rights, responsibilities and options available to an individual making a complaint in sport. This role is impartial and doesn’t mediate or investigate complaints.

At Scarborough Park Sports Centre, the Member Protection Information Officer is Anthony Carlucci, Transition Manager.. He is the first point of contact at the club for any enquiries, concerns or complaints around any inappropriate behaviour including and not limited to abuse or harassment.
